🤖 10 new AI agents

Milestone Sentinel, Risk Sentinel, Gate Keeper, Stakeholder Communicator, Deliverable Reviewer, Change Impact Analyzer, and four more entity-aware agents are now available in the Agent Library.

💬 Risk Comments

You can now add threaded comments to individual risks in the RAID log. Comments are visible to all project team members and support @-mentions.

📊 Demand Forecasting

The Financials section now includes a Forecasting tab with 3-scenario demand planning (baseline, optimistic, conservative) powered by live project data.

🔐 MFA Recovery Codes

Users with MFA enabled can now generate and use backup recovery codes when they lose access to their authenticator app.

📋 Subscription Management

The Settings → Subscription page now shows live plan details, renewal dates, billing type, and seat usage pulled from your subscription record.

🏗️ Resource Planning

Full resource pool management is now available — create resource profiles, track skills, set availability windows, and monitor utilisation and allocation conflicts across the portfolio.

📈 Analytics Reports

The Analytics section has been expanded with a Reports View showing top-performing projects, attention-required items, and issue resolution trends.

🔄 Change Request Workflow

Change requests now have a full approval workflow with step-by-step status tracking (Draft → Submitted → Under Review → Pending Approval → Approved → Implemented).

🌙 Theme Toggle

Light and dark mode toggle is now available across the entire application, with flash-free theme persistence via localStorage.

🚀 Platform Launch

Adroyt officially launched with 8 core epics covering portfolio management, project tracking, risk and RAID management, resource planning, financial management, KPI tracking, stakeholder management, and AI agent infrastructure.

🤖 AI Chat Panel

The persistent AI panel (bottom-right) is available on all dashboard pages. Ask questions in natural language and get answers grounded in your live project data.

📧 Stakeholder Digest

The Stakeholder Communicator agent can generate executive-ready briefings for stakeholders, summarising project health, risks, and upcoming milestones.
