What is Adroyt?

Adroyt is an AI-powered PMO platform that consolidates project management, risk tracking, resource planning, financials, and stakeholder communication into a single workspace. 25 specialised AI agents run in the background to surface insights, flag risks, and automate routine PMO tasks.

Who is Adroyt built for?

Adroyt is designed for PMO teams, project directors, and portfolio managers at mid-market and enterprise organisations. It works for both internal PMOs managing a portfolio of initiatives and professional services firms managing client projects.

How is Adroyt different from Jira or MS Project?

Jira and MS Project are task trackers. Adroyt is a PMO operating system — built around portfolio health, risk intelligence, resource optimisation, and executive reporting. The AI agents do the work of a senior analyst running in the background 24/7.

Pricing & Plans

What plans are available?

Adroyt offers three paid plans: Professional (5–15 users, up to 75 projects, 10 GB storage), Business (15–50 users, 500 projects, 50 GB storage), and Enterprise (unlimited users, custom contract, on-prem/VPC, SSO, dedicated support). See the pricing page for full details.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — Professional and Business each include a 7-day free trial with $20/seat of one-shot AI credit, no credit card required. Enterprise is negotiated per contract. After the trial, AI usage is pay-as-you-go via credit packs (or bring your own provider key).

Can I change plans after signing up?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is available on all plans with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.

AI Agents

What AI agents does Adroyt include?

Adroyt includes 25 specialised agents across risk management, resource optimisation, stakeholder communication, milestone tracking, budget forecasting, issue triage, and more. Agents can be run manually or scheduled to run automatically.

What model powers the AI agents?

Adroyt agents use Claude (Anthropic) by default, with support for Azure OpenAI on Enterprise plans. You can configure preferred models in Settings → AI Providers.

Is my project data used to train AI models?

No. Your project data is never used to train or fine-tune AI models. Data processed by AI agents is used solely to generate the requested insight and is not retained beyond the session.

How do agents handle sensitive financial data?

All data passed to AI agents is processed in-session and governed by our Data Processing Agreement. Agents access only the data scoped to the task — they do not have access to the entire tenant database.

Security & Compliance

Is Adroyt SOC 2 certified?

Yes. Adroyt maintains a SOC 2 Type II report. Enterprise customers can request a copy under NDA by emailing [email protected].

Is Adroyt GDPR compliant?

Yes. Adroyt acts as a data processor under GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available at adroyt.io/dpa.

Where is data stored?

Data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the US by default. Enterprise customers can request EU or US data residency.

Does Adroyt support SSO?

Yes — SAML 2.0 and OIDC-based SSO is available on the Enterprise plan. Adroyt integrates with Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.

Onboarding & Support

How long does onboarding take?

Most teams are fully operational within one week. Professional and Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding call and migration assistance for existing project data.

Can I import data from other tools?

Yes. Adroyt supports CSV import for projects, risks, issues, and resources. Native integrations with Jira, MS Project, and Smartsheet are available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

What support options are available?

All plans include email support. Professional plans add priority support with 4-hour response times. Enterprise plans include a dedicated success manager and 1-hour P1 response SLA. See our SLA for details.
